• cereals (like Heart Smart and Cheerios)
• juices (low in sugar)
• canned fruit (low in sugar)
• canned meats (like chicken, tuna, or stew)
• healthy snacks (like pretzels, peanuts, granola bars)
• soups with no MSG (like Progresso Lentil)
• spaghetti sauce
• diapers
• wipes (named brand without all of the chemicals, like Pampers Sensitive)
• pull ups (for girls and boys)
• laundry soap
• dish soap (for sinks not dishwashers)
• garbage bags
• personal care items such as razors, shaving cream, sanitary napkins/tampons, shampoo and deodorant for men and women
